Compute log_hazard multipliers

Usage

msmfit_log_hazard_multipliers(fit, oos = FALSE, data = NULL)

Arguments

fit

A MultistateModelFit object

oos

Out-of-sample mode? If FALSE, the possible subject-specific fitted parameters are used. If TRUE, acting as if the subjects are new.

data

A JointData object. If NULL, the data used to fit the model is used.

Value

A list of length n_draws where each element is a matrix of shape n_subject x n_transitions
